Wilson Game Calls Red Cedar Classic Owl Hooter Call Review:

The Red Cedar Classic Owl Hooter call by Wilson Game Calls is a solid locator call. The call is very easy to blow - even a novice can quickly learn to replicate an owl hoot. It produces accurate tones. Additionally, it is a nice looking call. We did find a slight limitation when trying to produce extremely loud calls - but that sometimes isn't a bad thing either. This is my primary locator call.
